Chichester Court in Stanmore, is now well underway

Our first task was to divert and lay new gas mains, then lay new power, media, and BT cables. We are also installing a new drainage system prior to relocating the new road and footway by moving it over 4m. (as drawing attached shows) We are keeping all local residents updated on progress throughout the development by installing a bulletin board in each adjacent block.

The development will provide 20 Houses and 6 Apartments for affordable rent, a significant contribution to the local community by the London Borough of Harrow. The development is due for completion in autumn 2021.
