We are flexible in our approach:
– We assemble sites and promote land through the planning system.
– We acquire land on an unconditional on planning basis.
– We acquire land conditionally and utilise our in-house skills, whilst working with expert architects and planning consultants, in order to deliver the best possible planning consent.
– We acquire land with planning consent and always look to enhance and optimise the scheme through our technical and design expertise.
We have considerable in-house experience in terms of planning, financial modelling and construction skills. We work with a range of housing associations and institutional investors in order to deliver development sites, through our construction division, Bugler Developments. It’s often the case that we acquire land to build our own houses for sale on the open market through our sister company Bugler Homes.
We have acquired a variety of sites, including: commercial blocks, offices, brownfield land, dilapidated buildings, pubs, clubs and petrol stations, the majority of which have been transformed into residentially led mixed-use development projects.
