Land Deal:  Both sites were purchased unconditionally
Planning:  Dialogue with planners and politicians led to hugely improved planning prospects
Outcome:  Site sold to Origin Housing Group who have now sold on to a major Retailer who obtained planning for a landmark building for their new headquarters.
